"Everything was cooked to perfection. The only negative thing was the burrito wasn't wrapped underneath, so when I got it all the chicken and peppers was scattered everywhere. Other than that, El Toro is always my go to Mexican Restaurant"

"THEE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN KERMAN. I've been to my share of places in town and had never been here. Ohhhhh man lemme tell you their enchiladas are AMAZING! As is everything else. I definitely recommend for you to try this awesome place. The decor is super vintage and lovely."
