"The restaurant is serene and quaint. All of the tea cup decor makes you feel at home, it’s warm and inviting. The food leaves a little to be desired. The tea is good but I was disappointed that they didn’t have sugar cubes or that milk wasn’t automatically offered. I prefer the Pasadena location"
