"I love it here. It's always my way to spot. The food is amazing. I had a bad experience this last time. I asked for lemonade to go, and I was charged for two more lemonades? I was shocked when they took the bill because they accused me of a total of three lemonades! Every other time I came in, they never charge extra if you ask for a refill to go. Of course I told my waitress, and she gave me back for a lemonade, but I was still charged on two, though I only ordered one and not the one I had asked to go. That really disappoints me as I am regularly. My family and I love to eat here, but after this experience I don't think we'll come back. Maybe you're working on communicating with customers. If someone asks for a refill or something extra charged, let the customer know before it is added and calculated on the invoice."
