"DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. POOR FOOD QUALITY AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.I had the worst restaurant experience there. We ordered a mixed kabob plate and it was almost entirely inedible. The lamb dices were literally raw as you see in the picture, the minced lamb was too hard to chew and medium-rare, and the chickens were full of scraps. More interestingly, when I told the stewardess about the raw diced meat, she took my half-chewed pieces back to the kitchen, and came back with the same pieces cooked a little more, yet still medium-rare."

"This one for some reason is terrible, the one in Porter square owns all of them and is definitely the better tasting most reliable and most consistent of all of the annas around. I'm giving this such a bad review specifically the one in Newton because every time we go the food is not consistent the workers are miserable, and this one time on New Year's that we went we ordered takeout online and my burrito is 80% rice. Therefore if you're going to eat here make sure you walk in and watch them put the food in the burrito or they'll give you basically nothing. No bueno anna's!"

"We were there ordering at around 1:30 on August 20, 2024, but the lady at the counter was rude and disrespectful. When I asked questions about the food, she answered with a bad attitude, and when I tried to see what was in the box, like what cookies there were to buy, she closed it forcefully. I left without eating, because I prefer not to eat at a place with bad service like that."
