"I don’t eat often fast, but I will allow an occasional visit to this particular hardee’s; maybe 3-4 times a month. I have to say, given how easy it is, "capable to the basic work", the people who work on this place are always far over and above the foundations! I can remember nothing other than friendly words, and I thought I had met to submit this review....oops.... Anyone who works here are top notch, they are always patient with me, always smile, and always fast to get the foundations out of the way. So much that I tap 10-20% each time I go through; without failing. I always tell them they need a drinker because they are so good. This indicates a very capable, intelligent, knowledgeable, empathetic trainer or owner; who teaches the “new people”. This person makes a phenomenal job and creates great customer service representatives in this process. I suspect you already know everything I say, but I think the public should hear about the really good, special people, occasionally, who are not often given that they deserve. Thanks, ma'am or sir, even though I bet a woman trains these people. In 36 years who own a variety of companies, I have rarely seen a man being able to constantly teach what is taught here. Not criticism, I'm compliment. Great work, please not retire without passing the torch! You know who you are, and it's good to knock you on your back from time to time.
