"What a gem in Long Beach!! This restaurant is passion driven by its owner chef Matt Hisiger — that passion is reflected in every dish we ordered. The beet and pear salad was divine in its simplicity and subtlety. The shrimp carbonara was nothing I’ve ever had and by far the best I’ve tasted — the ingredients were fresh and every tastebud was assaulted!!
