"Who would’ve known this place would be so packed on a Thur morning? Almost every seat was taken by the time I rolled in, but was able to squeeze into the big center table by the time I got my drink. I used to live in the Middle East, so this place really felt nostalgic. Love the attention they put into the interior details. The fruit in the acai fruit bowl was pretty sour and unripe, but hey, the other food looks great ?"

"molly’s offers 3 frosting 2 cupcake options for vegans. for freezing: edible butter, chocolate and vanilla. for cupcakes: chocolate vanille. they can add whatever they want to their preferred basics. when they come in molly’s, there are all kinds of pretty cupcakes in the offer, but none of those in the display are vegan. they pull vegans from container behind the counter and then add frosting. it is a kind of grief that they do not offer fun options, such as their standard emission cupcakes. at their moines location they sometimes have vegan specialties or filled vegan cupcakes. but in iowa city it is exactly the same three. I'm glad they have vegan options, but I wish they were more exciting. I want a reason to get in more often. the cakes are a little dense. they are easier at scratch cupcakery in coralville. in general, I would recommend scratch over molly’s. (plus, they have fun, daily changing aromen on scratch the soy lattes are however at mollys grandios, and the ambiente is really sweet. they could wipe the tables more often."

"[Was at opening morning Feb 3, 2020! Julia Coffee Bar is part of the new Hayden Hall food call in 333 S Wabash building (the big red one--former CNA building), but it's located on the first floor, separate from the rest of the hall. Was pleasantly surprised to see Julia is brewing four great Chicago roasters... Dark Matter, Passion House, Big Shoulders Metric! Check out the touchscreen menu. I'm a black drip guy, and the Passion house is a favorite. For a batch drip it was on point, just right hot, medium floral. The smalls are 8oz, which is smaller than average, but I can appreciate having a slightly cheaper option. Medium 12oz, large 16oz. The ordering system is touchscreen based run off GrubHub software (same as all the vendors a level up). You swipe a card to start, then touch your order. It's cool, although I can see this being a little slower than ordering directly with a barista. Some limited pastries."

"I ordered three desserts and weve been enjoying them. The Jawn tasted solely like cookie dough which I didnt love by itself but once I ate all three layers together, it was tasty. The Dirty Jawn was similar, and we were able to split both into multiple servings. They are larger than expected and very thick yet soft and easy to eat with a fork or spoon. The banana pudding was my favorite! At first, I was nervous that it would be the banana flavored pudding mix. It is a fluffy vanilla pudding with sliced bananas and Nilla wafers. It reminded me of my homemade version which I occasionally whip up using a famous bakerys recipe. I would order again in the future."

"Baltimore’s only authentic Greek Frozen Yogurt and homemade Cupcakes shop! Great local shop where I like to get my frozen yogurt. I like the Cake Batter flavor, personally. They usually have 8 or 9 flavors to choose from as well as a number of toppings.
