"I had never been to an Insomnia Cookies as a customer before, but I went one day while I was delivering for Uber Eats to pick up an order. As I was walking back to my car with the order, another order showed up so I turned around and went back to get the other one. When I walked back in, the girl who was working chuckled and asked if I was there for the other one too (many others instead might have been annoyed) and then proceeded to ask if I wanted a cookie for my wait. I was pleasantly surprised! I told her which one sounded good and she handed it to me. Mind you, the wait never takes long since they're already made (giving me the free cookie took probably just as long as packaging the second order). When I got back to my car, I went to grab the cookie and there were two! I hope she sees this, it made my whole day! I'll definitely be going back as a customer! I recommend the mint chocolate chip cookie!"
