"We had to ask over and over again during dinner to get the salad which was ordered initially. When it finally arrived, it was dressed even though we specified dressing on the side. Never got bread and oil. Eggplant dish was served lukewarm. Noisy environment even when only half full of customers. Too pricey for what you get."

"I been ordering for years, it was good. I called to get delivery at the hospital . I usually have a set food on mind but today i wanted something different. The guy who help me didn't even answer my question i ask how much it was what i wanted to order and basically declined putting the order cause he said it sounded it wasn't a big enough order. I didn't get a chance to say what i wanted, i just ask a price on a food that i never had order before. He couldn't even give me price, when he said he they couldn't deliver. I told him i will order more just give me the price on this item but he didn't. Seriously put me on hold 3 time during that call. Aside this, i like enzoz .. I get delivery every weekly or monthly for7 years . But wow the one time i wanted something different and more of what they have they do this."

"Must try pasta place! One of my new favs and will def be back. We went out for my partners b day and received exceptional service from the owner (I think Brandon) and Adelaide the waitress. We received a complimentary taste of sangria upon entering which was delicious.The pasta was phenomenal I got the pesto with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes my partner got one of the shop favs with meatball. Everything was so fresh and amazing and made with love. We got wine with our meal and the bill was half the price of any other restaurant for pasta and wine. They even gave us 2 homemade cookies at the end of the meal which were incredible. It is a no fuss place not fancy but we loved that. Will def be there again."

"The food was delicious, the service was not. Our server was nice, but she was the only server working the whole restaurant. They overcharged us an adult spaghetti for my daughter’s kids spaghetti and didn’t bring a dessert I asked for my son’s birthday. Such a disappointment and very slow. Won’t be returning to this location."

"Visited Carlos bakery yesterday and LOVED. Bought a range of cupcakes and sales, very impressed by it. In any case again for more. also bought a coffee cup and a water bottle.. love this place."

"While we had an issue with our pizza being burnt, the manager Bill, handled the situation amazingly! He first offered us new pizzas or any other item on the menu. Since we were from 3 hours away, we were on a time crunch. The manager took the time to have a separate pizza made and timed to find out the exact issue to fix the problem. He also paid for our bill and gave us coupons for a future visit. While it wasn't the best pizza that we have had from the Irving Park location, we will definitely be back due to the way the situation was handled. Thank you for the good experience."

"Picked up a variety of cupcakes after a friend recommended the place. The cupcakes were not good. They were dry and a bit tough and somehow a little oily. The flavor was also pretty underwhelming. We ate them within three hours of picking them up, so it wasn't like they were stored too long or anything like that.The vibe inside the shop was also a little weird, no real seating, just a big queue. Overall this place feels like a tourist trap for people who are fans of the show, which is a shame because it feels like there was once a great local business here."

"All the items were dried out, the crème brûlée was flavorless, eclair had dried up filling in it and the cannoli filling was like rubber. Very very very VERY disappointed in the quality considering the price. Was for a birthday celebration, ended up throwing it away. Wouldve gotten better quality pastries and cupcakes from ShopRite for more than half the cost"

"Hands-down my favorite pizza. Not just in Los Angeles. Anywhere. The plain cheese is perfection. They also have the best ranch dressing I’ve ever tasted. 20 years and counting, probably the most frequented eatery in my habit trail. Literally headed there now."
