"Computers were down at first. Had their pizza before really good when I had a DoorDash to my home where I could heat it up when I finally got my order after an hour and a half the chicken Parm pizza was warm. The margarita pizza was room temp no apologies, wait staff didn’t look too happy taste was very good though. Word of advice as soon as that pizza comes out put it on the table regardless if nothing else is ready so overall, I would say this was a fair experience not good not great. I might try one more time. Maybe they just had a bad night, I’ll keep you posted"

"I wanted to make a reservation, but the woman who answered the phone placed my reservation on the wrong date. The dishes they said would be available are only available for parties over 30 people. I told my guests about the reservation and food optionsfor nothing. The dining room I reserved just happened to be reserved to someone else on the same day and time. Plus, theirwebsite has been down for over a week, and no one answered the Facebook Messenger when I tried to tell them. It's the 21stCentury, people! They need to fix their website and make that woman get her hearing checked. Plus, the banquet manager had alldarn week to contact me, but he didn't. If you want to make reservations with someone with at least half a brain, go elsewhere.Their stupidity just cost them hundreds of dollars."

"Ordered on door dash. The food wasn’t the greatest our garlic knots came uncooked, the pizza wasn’t at all what we ordered. The only decent thing was the zucchini fries. Very disappointed and it food took 1 hour and 30 minutes. I’m okay with waiting if it’s exactly what we order but this was not at all."

"I made reservations for 6:30, arrived at 6:30 and was immediately seated by the window which I requested through Open Table. I read how the restaurant is quiet, but on this evening it sounded like a convention of revelers due to a wedding party of approximately 30-40 people. The party quoted down once they received their food, but my wife and I were almost ready to leave. We ordered an appetizer of pitas bread, hummus, babs ghanoosh?, bean salad, pico's and stuffed grape leaves which was very good. My wife ordered Chicken Picata and I had Veal Parmesan. They were both prepared to a higher standard than most restaurants serve. We each had a glass of wine and had a souffle for dessert. Some folks would say this restaurant is pricey. I say you get what you pay for. The quantity is fair for what you pay for. The quality is good. The service was superior, especially when our server, Terri was taking care of us and the large wedding party. My wife liked having our server, Terri save the remainder of her entree and appetizer to go and bagged it. They were wonderful the next day. There was enough for both of us to share. I recall other servers taking care of us also during our meal. I see how the Olive Leaf (now Bella Italia) is the #1 restaurant in Jeffersonville. I trust we will visit again. It is a very relaxing atmosphere when quiet."

"Hostess staff and overall ambiance of this restaurant could stand an upgrade given the hype and the menu prices. Host was squirrelly and unkept. Lighting is too bright. No candlelight on tables, harsh lighting and no music contribute to the lack of ambiance and explain why the customers on a Saturday evening are primarily senior citizens. That said, the crab avocado stack was very delicious. We were not impressed by the presentation or the taste of the chicken marsala or the chicken parmigiana. The fresh green beans were good. The highlight of the meal was the excellent dessert selection. The Death by Chocolate Cake and the Chocolate Cheesecake Bar were huge and absolutely fabulous!!!! With a few adjustments, this restaurant could be excellent."

"The Lobster Risotto and Bread Pudding with caramel sauce were delicious, but even though we didn't order drinks or appetizers the service was nice, but slow. It took two and a half hours for just having the main course and dessert. They may not want to rush you, but it was too drawn out with many delays."

"We came after dinner at the North End to try their espresso Martini as we heard that they had some of the best in Boston and we were not disappointed! The chocolate powder around the interior of the rim was unique, but so delicious and the Martini itself was very smooth and rich. The bar upstairs was very elegant and intimate and had a fantastic mood would definitely come back!"

"The dining experience at this restaurant is exceptional, which is not always the case these days. Upon entering, the hosts greet you warmly, a rare occurrence nowadays, and a refreshing display of genuine hospitality. Every staff member puts in effort to ensure a great dining experience. "My wife and I visited La Casa Pasta from Bel Air, MD for our anniversary. Your photo of Tagliolini Clams with white sauce attracted my wife. This is her favorite dish when prepared as you make it. Unfortunately, the server did not hear her say white and delivered red sauce. This was rectified in a very rapid manner and she was given her correct order. Very excellent turnaround on the mistake! I had the Mostaccioli Pasesano and it was excellent. A 45-minute drive was nothing for this jewel of a famiglia Italian spot."

The other 2 in our party ordered seafood pasta, but were unaware of the available sauces, so got red sauce and were expecting white. "CONS: We were pretty excited to try this place out...what a let down. We felt like maybe our waitress didn't want us as a table? She hardly came to us, and left us for long stretches. After we ordered, we heard the table next to us(a different waitress) get offered a special appetizer. We would have loved to order that. AND they were offered Swordfish and a duck special, that we would have also ordered if we had known about it. Plus, she asked us if we wanted her to bring more bread, and we said sure. She never came back again until we received our dinners, with no bread. She left us for so long between stretches, that I gave her my credit card before any mention of the bill, because we didn't want to have to wait for fifteen minutes for her to bring the bill to the table. It was still quit a long wait. PROS: What we ordered was pretty good. My husband got the short ribs, which were a little fatty, but tasted very good. I ordered the Sorrentino veal, which tasted great. The food itself was not the problem."
