"While we had an issue with our pizza being burnt, the manager Bill, handled the situation amazingly! He first offered us new pizzas or any other item on the menu. Since we were from 3 hours away, we were on a time crunch. The manager took the time to have a separate pizza made and timed to find out the exact issue to fix the problem. He also paid for our bill and gave us coupons for a future visit. While it wasn't the best pizza that we have had from the Irving Park location, we will definitely be back due to the way the situation was handled. Thank you for the good experience."
