"first this location is the closest to my house and they are hardly ever open. but on the day we went, we wanted to eat in, just to see that the lobby is still not open, 3 years after the pandemic. because their lobby did not open my brother and I carried out two separate transactions (both pay for our own food) and the dame that took our order was like normally we did not do 2 separate transactions in the laufwerk thru, because it disassembles our time that I understand how I work in almost food (but also we were legit the only ones in the drive-thru line). but with the drive thru the ONLY option, they can make sure that their workers don't talk to their customers as it could turn away customers. also they can make sure that when their workers will have their family in restaurant, while the lobby is closed that they want to sit away from the windows where the lobby is in, so that people will not get crazy that the lobby is not open, but that they are sitting in people. I understand hard times when people need to bring their children or what they need to work because of no babysitting, etc. but it doesn't look good to have people in the lobby and then to get the lobby doors locked for customers. Secondly, we both ordered the breakfast crunch wraps and when we got out the drive thru both my brother and I got the breakfast burritos. fortunate they were with the type of proteins we both wanted. I just treated it because after experiencing what I did, I just didn't want to go back and deal with it that they're crazy to both command to restore. overall, this situation needs help so that the lobby can reopen and they need to be trained for a better hospitality. this situation is never really so busy when I drive past, so maybe they take the time and teach their workers how to have better hospitality from beginning to end."
