"Awesome artichokes , steak, and frites! Didn't budget enough wait staff (1 server) so the host, manager, even the bartender sometimes had to deliver food. Very annoying considering it was July 4th weekend. Don't tell me this boutique restaurant can't find workers, pay them more FFS."
