"Have been to this location many times. But, this experience was the worst. The wine tasting took far to long, the server was ignoring us, was talking excessively with the couple down the bar. The food was only average this time. My wife ordered a simple hamburger done med. but was done well. Return it and they brought out another even more well done. They did fix the check, but disappointed overall."

"Friday night, party of 10, and our server Nancy handled it with absolute grace! Super friendly and she even helped us with making plans in town after dinner. On top of it all she made sure to make me feel comfortable and helped us understand how and what is gluten free on the menu since i have a severe allergy. "it was a bad experience. we were here for special family eating, because we love P.F changs everything we were still. but this does not keep up. they said the open table reservation does not work with them and did not have us. to the happiness it was Tuesday evening so restaurant was half empty. Nevertheless they stood around and waited 10 minutes while I stared at empty tables where we could sit. the waitress took our order forever, bringing drinks, bringing food, everything. music was so loud that you could not really have a nice conversation. Finally, the food came and it was muddy. $200 for a party of 5 and a bad experience. I won't be back."

"I visited last night after a last visit of 3 yrs ago due to distance from our home in Wesley Chapel area and was pleasantly surprised, I had Chilean Bass so flaky and deliciously moist served on a bed of spinach with a side order of fried rice perfectly crispy Brussels sprouts with pineapple that was memorable and the end of the meal I happened to mention We were there to celebrate my sons birthday we were treated to a crispy banana fried spring roll with coconut ice cream that was very tasty ‘also Paul our server was friendly and helpful in menu selection we gladly come back soon!"

"My experience at P.F Chang’s was so amazing. The food was immaculate. The service was the best of all my server Chloe W. was 5 stars. If it were up to me I would’ve gave her 100 stars. She was very polite and understanding of all my needs. The manager Conan checked on my table many times to make sure everything was great I really appreciated this. About half way through my dining experience I wanted to move to the bar to watch the game. As soon as I made my request I was moved in a hurry. This was great I got to watch the lions play at the end of the game and watched them win. The bar tinder Dana W. and Lainey both gave me the best drink I have ever gotten at a restaurant ever. They were really understanding with my needs and helped me find the perfect drink. These 4 people made my experience at P.F Chang’s one to remember I will recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to have a great time and great food. The only draw back from my experience was I didn’t know how to use chop sticks but my server had forks ready for me. This restaurant overall was 15 out of 10 it was great the people great music great and great food."

"I and my wife decided to come here for the first time. A walk in it had a very relaxing atmosphere. However, they are a little understaffed, but it might take two minutes to get space, our waiter was very professional and polite and honest with us about the timing on our food. I had the short ribs with a sharp claw. Very delicious. The sweetness of the ribs complemented the spices of the ribs. For our head I had the honey chicken with roasted rice and my wife had the beef with peppers and onions. very well made and the beef was also delicious. To dessert we had the chocolate cake. We wanted to recover and be pretty good. So pros, place is very relaxing around 2pm in the afternoon. The waiting staff is very helpful and honest with us. Also those who go here must also understand that it seems that they are short staff, but patent and you will get the best service. Tldr. Great place to eat would eat here again"

I like to meet the charming relaxing atmosphere for small family-friendly. booths hang the walls, so it would be hard for larger groups. the bar in the middle is a great stimulus, but comforting enough not to be loud and overwhelming. the hostess was very polite. the bar seating places are friendly and attentive. chang's cocos-fresher was absolutely refreshing, as it says. the haze of nuts that were blown up was unexpected and added to the look. the salate sleeves were great, with a lot of taste. the only side of the experience was that they don't have a happy hour. No one will do a good deal."
