"WOW. Why haven 't we visited this restaurant more often? What a Gem. Homemade, authentic Italian cuisine. We were originally in Walker and tried to dine at Alfano 's. Waited for a hostess for 10 minutes and no one came to the desk. We decided to go to the bar instead. We sat down and as the waitress was walking by, said it 's going to be 10 minutes before somone can get back to you and kept walking. No hello, no apology for the wait. Needless to say, I couldn 't get out of my chair to leave fast enough. We decided to go across town to Florentine 's. We were greeteed promplty by a very escstatic older woman (Owner? and she sat us immediately. Our waitress (Abigaile greeted us within a few minutes and ran the specials by us. Our food was prepared promptly and the service was tremendous. Needless to say that we will be making this our goto for Italian food from now on. A highly recommended place to eat, for great service, great value and great staff."
