"Several friends were planning to attend the same conference when we all were in Las Vegas, and we wanted an opportunity to talk. I chose Bernard's based on the reviews here, but especially because the menu accommodated everyone: vegetarians, meat-and-potato folks, even me, the low-carb girl. It also needed to be priced for mere mortals, as few of us were on expense accounts. EVERYONE was happy with the food. Not a single whine. (And believe me, these people can whine with eloquence. The restaurant wasn't empty, but it was quiet enough to hear one another. (And in Las Vegas, that's much appreciated. But as great as the food was, the service was even better. The staff was attentive without that annoying hovering you-and-I hate. Even better: None of us expected a restaurant to serve a table of 12 people and then give us separate checks... but they did. Really, I couldn't be happier."
