"Exceptional Customer Service from Both Staff and Management! I placed a mobile order on my phone, but due to my oversight, it got sent to a Potbelly's located in my hometown across the country. The team at this location was incredibly kind; they assisted me in canceling the order I had mistakenly placed and made my order fresh, even honoring the perk I had used for part of it.
