"Ive ordered from cafe Nero many times before and they always serve really tasty stuff, but today I ordered a mango smoothie and instead got a bottle of orange juice with a label that says "mango smoothie". The orange juice is good, dont get me wrong, but I was charged for the more expensive mango smoothie. Thankfully doordash refunded that part of my order, but Im still a bit disappointed that I wasnt at least notified that they had to alter my order."
