"The staff member was friendly, and there was a wide variety of options on the menu. However, it was evident that the sole employee was quite stressed and anxious while taking my order. Meanwhile, two other employees were busy serving other customers with their sandwiches. It would have been helpful to have more staff available to ease the pressure on the one worker."
