"Incompetent, unprofessional, and ridiculously slow staff. Placed an order via GrubHub for 2 slices of pizza around 12:30am. Called around 1am to confirm that they received my order and was told they were “just waiting for it to come out of the oven.” At 1:40 I received a notification from grubhub saying that my order was arriving soon (within 10 mins). At 1:50 I called the restaurant again and was told my order hadn’t even left the restaurant yet and would probably arrive in about 20 minutes. After asking why they confirmed on Grubhub that the order was arriving soon, the man I spoke to proceeded to bark at me that there was only 1 oven in the restaurant and that the order would be here soon. I asked once again why they pushed it through on the grub hub app as if it was on the way already and was told it was intentional “because the driver was almost back and your order was gonna be next”. So not only did my two slices of pizza take 2 hours to arrive (at 2:28am), but the restaurant straight up admitted to cheating the grubhub system to make it seem like their orders were on the way within the given timeframe even though they were not. And to top it all off, when the driver finally arrived I was greeted with “are you the one who was yelling at us?”. He then proceeded to tell me how he ran a red light to get the order to me, as if that somehow negated the fact that my food was an hour late and ice cold"

"I visited Ritz Diner to give it a try, and I found it to be quite decent! I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with a side of fries, and I really enjoyed it—the fries were excellent! Other dishes ordered at our table included the chicken pot pie, fish and chips, and a pastrami sandwich. The fish and chips and pastrami sandwich were served as lunch specials that came with a side of soup and a soda. I tasted the matzo ball soup and thought it was rather bland. The chicken pot pie had a tasty filling, but the crust was so thick that it felt undercooked and overly chewy, which was quite off-putting. Our server was friendly, but we were seated in a spot where the sun shone directly on us, making it uncomfortable at times; I would suggest they consider getting some shades. Overall, I'd definitely return to try something new and to enjoy those fries again!"

"I rode my bike at least 100 times from this place and always wanted to try it out. Nice to say that I finally made it and it was great. Breakfast is very American style without Mediterranean flavors, so keep it in mind. I got the combination plate with French toast and was very good. My girl got the avocado toast with an egg and she liked it too. I would recommend this place to everyone in the area. Cheese"

"First time we've eaten at Galleria in awhile- quality's down and prices are up. We had breakfast there last Sunday and the eggs were cool, potatoes out of a bag- used to have real home fries with peppers and onions, and the toast was inexpensive white ad wheat- used to be day old bagels. What's up Galleria? I'm a chef and I know food costs- you could elevate your review with better product and better service. A great breakfast just isn't that difficul."

"Best Take- out experience in Bergen County we love eating here too! Last night was a late game in FL so I ordered from here with a house full coming- timing was an issue they had my food ready down to the minute!! The young lady who took my call was very kind to help me with the timing of my order The man at the front even walked it out to me when I got caught up on a call, coordinating the kids. Not that I plan to ask or expect them of this every time, a nice favor for sure! It felt so special to be taken care of in this way I'm delighted to see Small Business customer service is alive and well at Uncle Louie's! The kind help was much appreciated, thank you!!"

"WORST, most incompetent/unprofessional restaurant experience in my life. Our reservation was 8pm. They gave us the table at 8:30. From 8:30 until we left they kept pressuring us to order never seen this. At 9:40 when we were about to order a 2nd round of food/drinks they tell us they cant serve us anymore and we have to leave?! #1 no one told us there was a time limit when booked. #2 they should have given us the table on time. #3 even with all that, you NEVER kick customers out otherwise DONT BE in the restaurant business. "That was my second time in a Panini Kabob location. We were warned that the hot duck food might be a little late. Our two salads, bread basket, hummus plate came fast and when our drinks arrived, our huge family-style cabob rice bowl as well as the pasta bowl was also ordered. The desserts were wonderful! (Largest piece Tiramisu, which we had ever seen! The Baklava and banana bread pudding were also delicious."

"This is one of the last visits here. I have visited this place for many years and the food that was ordered to go was smaller and smaller. This time I spoke to a manager Taylor and she told me that the rice is properly portioned, although the actual amount of rice in the container was missing. I had spoken to an earlier manager and he told me the next time I would mention it, and he would make sure that an order of rice has on it. He was not inside and Taylor explained that this is the way it is done, period. I'm going to look for another panini that evaluates their customers and their food super small portion. I ordered the 2 chicken spear plate, which feeds 2-3, does not feel barely 2."

"Ordered food online waited past the time I had arranged for collection. Got the food and came home started eating the food and put the food in front of my 2 years old only to realize after 5 mins koobideh they have given us is pink inside absolutely raw. I called the restaurant spoke to the manager and and he said all we can do for you is to remake the koobidehs I asked what do I get for you wasting my time traveling back to the restaurant as well as our dinner being ruined and late he said there is nothing they can do apart from making the koobidehs. Absolutely disgusting. I was treated the same one more time and that was in Middle East when I was on holiday. The cheek and rudeness from the “manager” of this place is insane. I had issue with them 2 other times in the past but never made a complaint but now is see they are not been trained how to deal with people at all. Let’s hope my 2yrs old doesn’t get sick."
