"This restaurant is either a hit or a miss. We started last June, food and service absolutely phenomenal every time and we often went! 2 different gentlemen were the hosts and made it especially with excellent friendly service, super efficient. Then something changed, went several times and a young woman was hostess, she was too busy on her phone to harass people.., we waited 15 min, restaurant was almost empty and she just put us on ignoring. She saw others coming after we sat and she ignored her too. Absolutely not. The food when she was there was simply not the same., overcooked, undercooked, false salad dresses, potatoes not completely baked, from mushrooms and onions once., it was lunch hour... and so the steak tips were ok, but without the vegetables, the tray was only about 1/4 full, not even a meal. No apologies for it, it was just served like that, price anyway. Restaurant rug was dirty, women bathroom needed cleaning, the blonde still playing on their phone. It was like no one. Is it a management problem? Switching problem? If it happened only once after all the fabulous times, I can understand, but there were 3 more attempts and just stopped going. I miss a fantastic meal with fantastic service. But it's a bit of a drive to be released again. I hope it'll be better soon."
