"I was on a mission to find a gluten free strawberry cake with strawberry icing with fresh strawberries. I called and talked to a bunch of bakeries. Most said they could not make a gluten-free strawberry cake or use real strawberries in the litter. The Bake Shoppe by Ardmore said they could make fresh strawberry icing with real strawberries, but not in the cake. So I compromised and let her make the cake vanilla gluten-free and then the fresh strawberry, the fresh strawberries mixed on the cake and through the middle of the cake. It was a big hit. Everyone has ridden how light, fresh, moist and tasty it was! They all wanted to know where she was from. You never knew it was gluten-free. So happy with this place and we will definitely order again from them. Very recommended! Thank you. Please note the picture, I wanted the cake quite simply without piping or design and I added the fresh flowers. They do not offer fresh flowers on their cakes."
