"I'm originally from a southern WV city where Donut Connection is just as popular if not more than Dunkin Donuts. We live in Chattanooga these days and an almost 6 hours drive for Donuts is from the question, but a two and a half hour drive is beautiful. We're going through here at 4:00 and they still have every donut we ask. Not only that they were the sweetest people. We ordered three dozen donuts and the lady working window really woke us up. We first named a variety of 18 donuts and she didn't take a single note yet, was able to repeat what we wanted. We all said she can't do that anymore and wrote another order of 18 for my friends who came. We got our donuts pretty fast, and most of them were fresh also I think. The cook offered us free coffee and the lady who worked the window made it for us with cream and sugar and it was so good. What a great reception in the hospitality of the city. I don't know when we'll be back, but we'll definitely be back by some time and recommend all the Travlers to add this Donut shop to your trip because it's worth it."
