"Just visited the new remodel Hooters in O'hare. It is clean, organized spacious. The bar was moved to the middle, walk in area. The patio no longer exists, but it did open the back area to a whole new side of the restaurant. Food is still great. As well as polite pleasant staff."

I have ordered the grilled Mahi sandwich, and it was bland as hell, that is a lection for them children cans go not fish in a wing facility that they lose each time! "My wings and shrimps were invaded in oil. I couldn't eat the wings (because of the butter sauce? and the shrimps were over boiled. I called a manager called Taylor. She said it didn't melt and that the shrimp was cooked on a timer. I understand, and I know when shrimps are cooked. I had better experiences and never had this problem. Anyway, she gave me a loan for my next visit. I appreciate it, but if a customer calls you to tell you that the food is not edible. Listen to the customer. She talked about me and tried to explain the protocols in the kitchen instead of listening to a regular customer who had better food and knows when shrimps are cooked. Instead of apologising for the bad experience and trying to find out if the cook even pay attention to the ? The manager could? ve did better."

"The food has been ok lately. There is never enough sauce on the wings. When I pay for extra sauce on the side they put even less sauce on the wings. Its as if the sauce that belongs on the wings are placed on the side and I am paying extra for nothing. This is very annoying."
