"I saw the affordable price on their pizza and decided to give them a try. It was around noon so they had a little rush going on which is always a good sign. At first, I wanted to try their chicken tandoori pizza but they were out of chicken for the day. That was a total bummer. I settled for a 12 pepperoni pie. I will tell you the person making the pizza puts a lot of effort into making a decent pie. Yes, it 's pressed flat by a machine and they use one of those ovens you 'll find at a chain place like dominos but this wasn 't that kind of pizza. It was really good and I enjoyed every bite. Other than being out of chicken this early in the day, I do have other negatives about this place. 1. I think you should come up with a better system for folks when retrieving their pizzas. Maybe an order number to be unique to that individual. Someone that 's not paying attention may think the next pie coming out is theirs. This avoids confusion. The second thing I can say reflects on first thing. I saw your pizza maker treat a customer extremely rude. He has to understand, which most do, that Seattle is made up a very large diverse group of people. Expect a language barrier or two to get in the way when you conduct business. I was embarrassed for the gentleman as he was looking to retrieve his pie but kept collecting the wrong pie. How the gentleman handled the situation was completely arrogant. Unfortunately, the customer didn 't understand what was going on. Your employee should take a few steps back and have more patiences and empathy when dealing with people. This customer gave him no fight, hence the reason why I felt bad enough to help him retrieve the right pie. Lastly, his beard is way to long for the food industry. I 'm pretty sure a hair net is much appreciated. I know where I 'm from in New York, I 'm required to wear a hair net because I can 't have more than a 1/4 of facial hair when volunteering at a soup kitchen. I didn 't run into any issues with hair in my food but, I would be cautious when making pizzas with a beard that long. Other than these negatives I feel three stars is still a fair review. I hope you can correct these issues. My review is strictly my opinion based on my experience and interaction with the business and/or persons while they provided me a service, food, or merchandise.
