"I really don 't like to leave bad reviews unless it 's truly something that is a bad experience, and isn 't just a one-off bad day... and felt obligated to do so after visiting this location 3-4 times over the years. I keep forgetting what it 's like and show up expecting something pretty decent for 4.6 average ratings, just to be disappointed each time as I remember the coffee and food.Starting with the coffee it 's muddy and not warm, maybe I haven 't went early enough, but in the afternoon I keep getting luke warm coffee that seems like it was sitting all day. The taste is muddy and gritty seems more like a dark roast than the medium they said it is. Reminds me of Starbucks dark roast that is kind of like dirt and soap mixed together with some generic blend dark roast beans. Normally I 've just dealt with the $Bucks-ish taste and the coffee not being very hot, but this time I literally went to another shop and just dumped the whole cup. Not really acceptable IMHO.I also got a breakfast sandwich... which they were out of one of the two options, and everything else there is like saran wrapped pastries. These sandwiches aren 't made fresh they are pre-mades from who knows when, that are reheated . The barista ran it through a toaster oven I think but barely left it in long enough to warm it up. I had a bad feeling about the time toasting, and sure enough, about a third of the way through the sandwich I hit parts that were still cold inside. Ugh.Like, how does this place have 4.6 and have raving reviews about how it 's the best coffee around? I don 't get it. I 'd recommend almost anywhere else and hope they can improve with some real feedback like my experience. Maybe their other locations are better and they 've lost quality control with expanding to multiple locations, not really sure. Not impressed, needs improvement, and this has been my experience numerous times visiting on my way to work, hoping it to be better."
