"We three had a lovely high table on the patio (the California table, according to our waitress) and an unrushed meal of cheese plate (delectable), fried chicken, baby back ribs, and salmon cooked on a plank, plus one ice cream sandwich split 3 ways. The salmon came with wonderful zucchini spaghetti and sauteed grape tomatoes. All the food was good, although the charred artichoke accompanying the salmon was mostly too tough to eat. Our waitress, Laurie, was excellent: pleasant, helpful, attentive, and personable. We will ask to be put at one of her tables next time--especially an outside table, because we overheard other patrons who were leaving the dining room talking about how hot it had been inside. This restaurant will become a fixture in our annual friendship reunion on Winnipesaukee."
