"I have a love for Dutch Bros, but unfortunately, this particular location near my home is not up to par. The customer service is consistently poor, with my drink being not hot enough on at least three occasions. The staff seems more focused on moving customers along rather than ensuring the drinks are made correctly and at the right temperature. Instead of fixing the issue immediately, they make you wait until they are ready to remake it. I have contacted the company office each time to express my concerns about their lack of prioritizing customer mistakes. In my experience as a general manager in the food service industry, our policy is to address customer complaints promptly and make it a top priority to correct any mistakes. A customer who has already waited for their order and then received an incorrect one should always be given priority."
