"I had confirmed a reservation for 11:45 am for lunch on 27. March 2023 with a professional colleague from the city. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant was reserved for a private party and we should come back at 1 o'clock. I said I had a reservation for 11:45 and got an apology, come back at 1 PM. Then I showed this employee the reservation confirmation on my phone and was informed to the restaurant that it was closed. When I asked why the restaurant would accept a reservation and confirm if it is not available, the door was closed in my face! Friendly customer service. I'll never go back to this stupid excuse for a restaurant. The Marriott Society should be ashamed and persecuted."
