"We were thrilled the dinner menu was not large. To us, that means the restaurant is focused on perfecting the dishes... and Volario's aced it. We LOVED our meal here.Both the amount and acidity of the sauce in the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese were just right none of it was overpowering. The meat was not too heavy, either. We also enjoyed the Smoked Chicken Fettuccini it was not drowning in cream sauce and the pine nuts lent a pleasant crunch. We shared a chocolatedipped strawberry cannoli, and it was one of the best we've had as it was fresh and not too sweet.Our server Olivia was friendly and attentive, discreet and never pushy. Bottom line: Next time we're in Fraser, we'd eat here again"
