"We go to Carbonara Trattotia because my husband loves the spaghetti Carbonara. Instead of our usual appetizer of Caprese Salad, my husband wanted to taste the baked green tomatoes, which in the description says only with Pomodoro sauce. The tomatoes are actually fried with goat cheese. What a mistake to order these appetizers. The taste of the hot goat cheese was not for my pleasure and repeated while I tried to enjoy my entree. I had to have my dinner packed to go home. The spaghetti Carbonara was excellent and my husband enjoyed it very much. But I would warn someone to order Fried Green Tomatoes unless you love hot fried goat cheese DON 'T."

"We're visiting Atlanta from North Carolina. We hunted a good Italian meal, so we tried Carbonara. We were delighted with the pastas and especially the short rib. It was a big fat-free piece that was full of taste. My wife got the pasta and it was not combed pasta definitely made hand.. Very impressed by the team's staff, how to take care of Diner. Very well ran authentic Italian restaurant. I WOULD GIVE 6 STARS IF I COULD.. I wish we had Rhis back in Raleigh NC"
