"I LOVED my first time trying this place and I will definitely order again! Happy to be their first review First and most importantly: the pizza. It 's really good and exactly what I want in a pizza: not too light, not too dough-y or bread-y, just the right amount of chewiness. I think the dough is everything. They even brush the crust with some garlic butter (I think? that makes it so savory and good. You can make your own pizza but their menu really has some creative combinations that I haven 't seen before and multiple that I 'd love to try. Mine looks a little bare because I got one with no traditional cheese (just some pecorino sprinkled on top which sounds crazy but was actually really good with the bacon vodka sauce and jalapeño. I 'm usually a meat pizza person all the way but this sounded really interesting and did not disappoint. Others: I got the cauliflower wings. It 's deep fried cauliflower nuggets with a sweet and sour ginger sauce. The cauliflower was good; The batch of sauce the I received was so heavy on the ginger, even for me who loves ginger, so I think that could be improved. But overall I was really impressed, mostly by the quality of the pizza. Every bite was flavorful because of the sauce and the brushing and the texture was just right.
