"This was our first time at your restaurant. Our service and food was good. We thought your web site-open until 3pm conflicted with your actual posted hours-open until 2PM. We were surprised and disappointed that you refused a customer requesting an omelet to go at 1:55Pm that couple waited about 2 minutes to be noticed and then acknowledged. They were then told “no” they could not make the omelette because the restaurant was closing in 3 minutes. From our standpoint great customer service would have resulted in the restaurant happily making the to go omelette. Just our opinion as people who have been in related CS positions most of our lives."
