"Except it was exceptionally cold with air conditioning the service and food were excellent. Tempura shrimps and short rib dumplings were amazing. If you want to share dessert, I recommend the last on the menu, a caramel tuille filled with lemon curd and fruit with Meringue table page."

"Don’t miss the amazing collaboration of the Peninsula afternoon tea with CaviarKaspia. The caviar dishes were excellent as were the scones and the desserts. The iced tea had ice cubes with flowers. The whole experience was heavenly and delicious! It was visually beautiful as well. Wonderful service!"

"This was our first meal when we arrived in St. THOMAS. It was absolutely delicious. Service was good. Beautiful view of the ocean. The snapper was yummy and they have a fish soup to die for. Ordered it one other night for room service. Would have eaten there again if we would have had the opportunity."

"Pretty disappointed. My chicken Empanadas was super dry and my six dollar side of Mashed Potatoes was so watery it would have to have been eaten like a soup. Still tried to eat it and it tasted like it made it out of the kitchen without a lick of seasoning. The proteins in my order tasted decent."
