"As requested, we were seated outside. We ordered a rose and escargots which were very good in the traditional olive oil recipe. Lots of fresh baked bread. The entres we’re all equally good. We ordered trout almandine, steak au proive, and I ordered a Cacio e Pepe pachetti. For desserts, pro bite roles and an apricot tart. A wonderful meal. The service was good but we had a young lady who had just started, normally, the service is out if this world. Chef Amina came out a couple if times to check on us."
