"Had a reservation for eight on OpenTable walking in. There was a gentleman who caught us at the door and said if you have a party of two, the bar is all we have. Have not provided us any cutlery or menus (or find a method). All three tables in the bar area were free so we decided that this guy clearly ignores the fact that we had a reservation. Super rude. Saw three female servers, male bartender, and then our rude host immediately went back to storage shelves and run around. We sat for a long eight minutes, and when I waved twice on the servers, I didn't get to ignore my section. Then when we heard that the six tops behind us complained mildly about their waiting time for food, we left. Nobody ever greeted us. On leaving the kitchen staff noticed before smoking and a car that had been booted. This is by far the most negative image and service quality I have seen from a restaurant in many years. Support your staff and do it better."
