"I went to this Pepe 's restaurant on 116thSt and Western in Chicago and ordered 3 burritos and 1 cup of corn, real simple order. the 2 beef burritos were really wet and 1steak burrito had all kinda onions and peppers all the stuff I said that I didn 't want .... I called back and the lady was telling me to bring it back. I didn 't tell yall that I drove from the border of IL/IN get there.... the young girl 's response was bring it back we 'll remake it...I told her that I want a refund... she told me that I can 't have a refund ... oh but they will give me a refund. I asked for her name she told me that she is not giving me her name . She didn 't want to give me her first name and said that the manger was gone now mind you when I placed the order the manager was standing right beside her daughter who took the order and they still got it wrong I never will go back there and want to warn you to if you decide to buy from them you might as well get ready to unpack all of your food right there in the seating area or inside your car to make sure they got it right . Horrible customer service and [buyer beware] buy this food and there 's no telling how you 'll be treated if they do something screw up your order."

"Absolutely delicious. My only critiques are I wish they had more space, big portions and lower prices. First off, the chips and salsa are everything! Go on a random weekday night when its quieter and make sure to get the strawberry margarita. If a fan of seafood, the Al Mojo is delicious! Taste: Portion: Ambiance: Service: Price:"

"Only the margaritas were good. We ordered appetizer waitress didn't ask what kind of meat we wanted, gave us beef we wanted chicken, she was like oh well it's usually beef, we don't like their beef so we got stuck with the beef, she didn't change it.So beef tacos in the garbage. Won't be going to this pepe on Archer. We'll go back to the pepe on 87th Cicero better waitress."
