"Waited 10 minutes for someone to greet us at the front. Waited another 10 minutes at the table for a waiter to come over. Other diners began to leave their tables. We ended up leaving as well. I believe they are simply short staffed as many places are, hope the best for them but it was our 2nd bad experience there"

"Even though I don't consider myself a huge fan of Mexican cuisine, this restaurant has won me over. The food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The Margaritas are also top-notch. While I wish they had a bigger beer selection, I understand that they focus on Mexican options. Overall, a fantastic spot that is definitely worth a visit. The staff truly make the experience even more enjoyable."

"Actually 3.75 star lunch buffet price: $8.95 iced tea: $2.00 Pasadena Carbreras Mexican cuisine is a great place to go, not torn off for bistro price carp, and have pleasant good food, complete with great service. There are 3 locations: Pasadena, Duarte, Arcadia! If you read my reviews, you will see that I am impressed to leave a 4 star review... I'm trying to say how it is! So good food, a great variety, at a price! Note: Move buffet elements day by day! Parking is in a large amount directly behind. I had a lunch buffet and what a surprise! Over 20 buffet main dishes, plus deserts! The salmon in the green sauce, so good had seconds! The green Chili Enchilada very good! Cesar salad and mixed green salad – good especially with hot picado top with mixed vegetables! Flatus Awesomeflavor, better immersed in the dark Chile Salsa Chicken with Mole and so much more! A note: Mixed vegetables not hot! I don't eat rice or beans, so no comment, except there were black beans that looked good! See pictures, (hot thru sneze bars too) the food on my plates looks not only good, but tastes good!!! Desert, has a wide range of melon, pineapple in a cooler Flam Carrot Cake Cheese Cake Chocloate Cake I had a great friendly service, in a large restaurant with good ambience. "I used to go there mainly for the baked good. I can 't complain about the food. What messing things up is the service. Last time I was there, I waited for someone for over 30min. They just kept walking by me. No hello. No eye contact. No I 'll be there in a minute . Nothing. Rude. Rude. Super rude. They dont deserve my money. Haven 't been back since. "Please see my picture attached. First of all, this is the most disgusting and unhygienic thing I've ever seen in my whole life. It's NOT okay. I thought it was a cup of pee. Why would I want to put my hands in a cup of soap that all the others who use the toilet room will put their hands in place. Do you tell me this restaurant can afford to buy a hand soap from the store for its customers? Just not right. And now for the real reason? get another star: my grandmother's birthday party was in one of the? VIP? Rooms of the restaurant. We had the reservation PAID until 9:30. If you think about a VIP location, think only for you and your guests. We had 40 minutes of our reservation when the hostess sat in other people in the room we had only reserved for our family. In my opinion, when you calculate back for a VIP experience, the minimum what you can do is allow your guests to leave the space for which they pay and do not feel hastily. The manager was very unprofessional and lacked any kind of customer service skills. She basically called my uncle a liar when we brought it to her attention that our reservation was set until 9:30. I recommend for future events as an institution to ask your customers to sign a written agreement. The manager whose name I believe was Elizabeth, ended the charges for the room from our bill, which I appreciate. But my family and I will not return to this restaurant. My grandmother's birthday party should be an intimate family moment and make us feel by bringing people into the room for which we paid was not the way to go about it."

"When I worked right on Lake Emma, I'd go here for lunch with work associates often. It's always delicious. I brought my wife one time and we both enjoyed it immensely. I kept forgetting to go back until last night. They have a Pollo Milano dish, which is really a Columbian style chicken cutlet, that is probably the best chicken cutlet ever. I'd been thinking about since my last visit. Last night I realized they make a pork cutlet the same way. The Milano del Cerdo is the best pork cutlet I've ever had. It's far superior to wiener schnitzel, but that's the closet comparison. The rice and beans have small cubed potatoes in the beans. Delicious and hardy. The tostones are always perfect. We also had the beef empanadas and they were excellent. The dough is crispy, but a little thicker than I'd expected with almost a pastry quality. The beef filling had those diced potatoes again making the spice mixture not only delicious but satisfying. My wife had the Ropa Vieja which is beef dish, with wonderfully tender and flavorful beef that shreds as you touch it. Cannot wait to go back. Also, my wife had that mango margarita which was absolutely delicious. Not too sweet, with real mango juice."

"I have been visiting this place for years time to time. There is no question about the quality and autencity of the food here (my favorite is the Shrimp Fajitas). The downside for me is that the place more and more becomeing a bar instead of a traditional Mexican restaurant. The music is very loud (some kind of Latin American Rock and Roll) makes it very hard to have a conversation with your table partners. The after pandemic crew is very friendly, but obviously in lack of experience (they will get better as times go by, I have no doubt about it. I also appreciate the tap beers."

Best of all, they are willing to make their enchiladas suizas with corn tortillas for those of us with wheat allergies or Celiac.
