"If you're in or near the near-west-side, Tamales Etc. is a cool lil local taco/tamale spot. This place has a modest menu, hittin the basics and keepin the prices reasonable. They're on top of the on-trend menu items like birria tacos with consomme, Hot Cheeto burritos, asada fries, elote (street corn), churros, etc. The service at Tamales Etc. is excellent. The facility is modest, but if you've grown up with a good little taco shop in your neighborhood, you're going to feel right at home."
