"Best Tequila Bartender! Here I am invited to a meeting at Cancun Mexican Restaurant in Long Beach. Our bartender Frank started pouring flights from different Tequila’s while we all sat and enjoyed an education about Tequila. I'm a scotch drinker who likes the best scotches I could afford to buy. But when I thought about Tequila, I never thought about it in the same league as Scotch. A real Mexican gentleman understands that Tequila is about texture, aroma, fineness, taste, status and above all culture. Like a scotch drinker, I'd say. Frank also introduced us to Mezcal. Mezcal is made from the Maguey plant, while Tequila is mostly blue agave. Wow, more powerful, much harder taste than Tequila, but good. In the meantime, we have never surprisingly got the food in this restaurant, but if you want to meet and drink with the best bartender in Tequila I met, this is the place. Ask Frank.
