"Excelente. We dined at Hispania last night and it was wonderful! It is a beautiful, upscale restaurant like you would find in Mexico City or Chicago. We ordered the table side guacamole and it was the most perfect and delicious guacamole we have ever had (and I lived in Mexico for three years, dine a nicer Mexican restaurants in the US and make guacamole at home). The service was excellent as well, very attentive. The cesar salad was really delicious, as well as the complimentary appetizer.
