"Staying in the hotel my kiddo and I needed an easy dinner, and this was perfect. Great cocktails, delicious food. We had a carrot salad (full of all kinds of yummy, fresh ingredients) and a margherita pizza (tasty thin crust, high quality sauce and cheese, and perfectly cooked) and they were both excellent. Truly pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the food! The service was friendly and efficient — couldn’t ask for a better experience in a hotel lobby bar. I’d go out of my way to have that pizza again.Kid-friendliness: Pizzas are perfect size for one or two kids to share!"

"the services were absolute müll. the restaurant was obviously underused. it took 30 minutes to get two cocktails and an hour to our appetizer. the personal was rude and one of the server fell a whole tablet with tellers and glasses, scattered right in front of our table no apology from the personal followed the incident. cocktails came wrong and no apologies or replacement given. menu item clearly stated “double brewed chicken” but a divided breast was served instead – they are clearly not their menu items as published. the first time we visit this “restaurant”"

"Not our first time here and we always enjoy it. However, this experience was a little disappointing. We made reservations a week and a half in advance for NYE due to the high level of advertising for the evening. My fiancé was excited for the tomahawk steak which we called in advance same day to confirm they had. Drinks took quite a while to come, they were out of a lot of food, including the steak, the food they did have came out cold and then at 9:30 we felt rushed out when we were told it was last call and the lights were cut on. Strange for a place advertising so extremely for New Year’s Eve. Still love Uncle Jack’s but bummed after this go round."

"I love this place, and eat here every time I'm town not often enough. That said, I had a couple of issues with the food. First previously when you ordered their fabulous corn bread had the butter and cane syrup on the side. This time the butter was blobbed on top of the corn bread, resulting in a buttery cornbread mush in the middle, and the cane syrup was just poured on. I realize this may save some dish washing but the butter in particular made a significant part of the cornbread inedible. Please go back to the old way of serving it.Second issue the Peach Cobbler dessert. What arrived was a scoop of excellent ice cream with the cobbler underneath it. The cobbler has a thick dough layer with a few small peach chunks on it. This isn't something I would expect from a restaurant that is otherwise outstanding.The rest of the meal was great, as was the service. I'll be back next time I'm in town"
