"The service was exceptionally good last night. Our server was a real pro, asking us when we want to dishes to be fired in the kitchen and very attentive. The food was good, and as usual, very generously portioned. My friend and I are both hearty eaters, and while we each ordered our own salads, we had a shared a very rich and delicious pasta dish with porcini mushrooms and truffles, which would’ve done me, and if I tried to eat it myself, good as it was. We also shared the veal Parmesan and took a third of that home in a doggy bag. We’ve always enjoyed the food. The restaurant is nice, but the fact that it’s on the ocean is hardly noticeable from most of the dining room, especially, of course, at night the crowd can get loud, but this is a very good choice for groups because the portions are designed to be ordered family style."
