"Came with family. We made a reservation for 3 and when we arrived, we immediately sat at a beautiful stand. The restaurant was packed, but we could still get our drinks in a pretty reasonable time frame, although the server is affected, it can take a while. Our table tried to start the steactar (phenomenal) with cocktails. All cocktails were lovely and the steactars were from this world. I don't live in the area, but I'd come alone and order wine and this dish for me if I'm ever in town. Dinner Entrees: Lamb Shank, Lachs (does not appear on the menu now a few weeks later) and mine was the Lamb Ragu. I was not offered a bite of Lamb Shank (rude haha), but it saw DIVINE. I tried the salmon not only beautifully decorated, but tasted delicious, and my lamb Ragu was a burst of different flavors and textures. The Campatelle Pasta was made from beet and spinach and there was a smoked beet puree painted on the plate. I'm not sure what was placed on the pasta, but it helped illuminate the severity of the pasta. To be honest, I'm not a Beet fan, but this court called my name, and it certainly wasn't disappointed. I also ate to be full and had zero regrets. I thought the food and drinks, the service, the price were very reasonable for the quality of food and for the Seattle area. 10/10 will be back"
