"I had a disappointing experience at BG on Sunday brunch, where they offer all-you-can-eat small plates with around 15 choices. I used to love this place in the past, but this time was completely different. All the food that was meant to be hot was served cold, including the steak, potatoes, and eggs on my plate. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he brought me a replacement after 15 minutes, which was only lukewarm. This was the case with everything I tried, from cold tacos to lukewarm enchiladas and Diablo chicken. Despite my polite complaints, they were dismissed by the staff. The portions of the expensive ingredients were also very small. I compared my current experience with past visits and nothing tasted special or fresh. Even the salmon on the avocado toast tasted off. I didn't speak to the manager because I couldn't find anyone who looked like a manager, only young staff running the place. I felt so disappointed that I just wanted to leave. I believe that a meeting with the kitchen staff to ensure the quality and temperature of the food being served would have prevented this issue. This responsibility lies with the manager."
