"There is a young girl named Lily, who is 12-15 years old, working at this restaurant. She has a great attitude, works hard, and provides excellent customer service. However, the woman who seems to be in charge (probably her mom) was extremely rude, belittling, and aggressive towards Lily the entire time. It was heartbreaking to witness someone treat their child in such a manner, especially when it is clear that Lily is making an effort to help her family and give up her summer days to work. The coffee and food were good, and the service was also good. However, it was difficult to enjoy the meal while hearing the mom yell at her daughter constantly."
