"During our visit in December, the ambiance was elegant and relaxing, with views of the golf course and water. The service was friendly and the menu offered a variety of dishes to suit different preferences. We decided to share two appetizers: the wonton tacos, which had a super crispy shell filled with juicy short ribs, and the meatballs, which were a generous portion with a flavorful sauce. We enjoyed the garlic bread that came with the meatballs so much that we ordered an extra side. For cocktails, I tried the double espresso Martini, one of the many cocktails available at the restaurant.
On my visits in November, we sat on the patio on a beautiful day. We always try to sit outside when we can. I particularly enjoyed the watermelon salad, with pine nuts and fennel adding a great touch. We also shared the French dip, which was fantastic. We informed them in advance that we would be sharing and they brought us an extra au jus. For cocktails, I had the strawberry basil Martini, a perfect drink for a sunny day. It was sweet but not too sweet, with a hint of lemon.
I highly recommend V's Taproom to anyone looking for a great dining experience on a golf course. The food, drinks, and atmosphere are all excellent. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant."
