He was very personal when he received payments and calls and even honored my requests for my order. This place definitely needs more people like Sam. BTW my girlfriend loves the wings and new Parmesan Crusted Philly Cheesesteak Papadia. It's like a Michelin Star Hot Pocket"

"I rarely write reviews, but that had to be said. I'll order a while from here and they were always good. Today my order was made with wrong ingredients. (I understand the meal and they are busy). The lady took no time and said it was an honest mistake and she will send the right one immediately. Because of such a customer service that always wants to decide for this place. The lady who takes the orders on the phone is always sweet and honest. Today the weather was bad and they only had a van. She told me in front of me it could take a little longer, but as usual they were before the time! His service like this one that lets me order from here again and again!"

"The pizza was great but the ordered was not correct. The cheesebread was great. The chicken poppers were terrible. I've had much better chicken poppers from frozen grocery store bags. It took they no time at all to get her, I was actually very surprised how fast they were. I spoke to the manager immediately and she asked if I wanted a new one sent out and I just asked for a credit, so I have a credit for a free large pizza now which is nice, but what about the chicken poppers? Anyway, since the pizza and cheesebread were great and the delivery service was very fast I'm gonna leave 4 stars although I'm close to clicking 3."

"We ordered a stuffed crust pizza last night. After about an hour and a half of waiting, I called to see if it was on the way. The app said it was on the way for about and hour and I literally live 2 miles from the store. The manager asked me to hold onand then came back on the line to tell me it was on the way and then HUNG UP! I was about to call back and ask for an e.t.a.when the delivery person called. He proceeded to tell me that my address did not exist. I'm sorry, what??? I can assure you I donot live in an alternate universe. I've lived in the same house for over 30 years and I'm pretty sure I've mastered memorizingmy address. When the delivery person finally finds me (I was standing outside waving and he literally drove right by me 4times. he hands me my now ice cold pizza. Not a word of apology. Not a word... period. Just a look of thinly veiled contempt.We didn't even eat it because of how nasty the driver looked at us. It wasn't even sealed so we were afraid it was tamperedwith. If I could give this papa John's less than one star, I would do it. Fortunately there are a hundred pizzerias around hereso this is no loss. Order at your own peril."
