"I'm super shocked that I've somehow never reviewed Buredo yet because it's hands down one of my favourite go-to places in Dupont! I absolutely adore the Sofie as evident by it being in every single photo at least once. I've had a few of the other sushi burritos at this point because friends and I will split two half and half to try the others out, but nothing beats the Sofie. It wins every single time. It's just the combination of textures and taste that is so satisfying no matter what. Recently brought one of my childhood best friend's from my hometown here. We split the Sofie and a Pai Mei together and got miso soup (one container is more than enough for two people, did not realise this and got two) too. She got a second Sofie for later before we left. If you can't tell by now I'm super recommending the Sofie! Beatrix and Pai Mei are good too but, well, Sofie for sure if you're only getting a single burrito and not sharing it."
