"Our waitress, Tristin, and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly. You could tell they cared about the cleanliness of the restaurant. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes for our food and we were one of the few parties in the restaurant for an early Sunday dinner. However, when we did finally get our food, it was delicious. They also seemed to have an issue with their tables and the feet coming off of them. Our table, along with several other tables, were quite wobbly. Overall, it was a decent experience and we'll be back."

"We were in town for a conference and made an appropriate reservation ahead of time knowing we had a finite period of time to eat dinner. We weren’t seated until a half hour after our reservation time had passed, and also waited another 45+ minutes to receive our food after we ordered. Because of such long delays we had to take our food to go and even then were 20 minutes late to our next session. We were extremely displeased with this experience and hope this review helps others who are in town with any sort of schedule know to avoid dining at this location."

"It looks like there hasn't been a review done here in awhile but I went with my Mom who is an omnivore. Items that are vegetarian are clearly marked with a leaf on the menu, you do have to ask to confirm they are vegan and I did find it disappointing there are some dishes that could easily be vegan if they were not made with oyster sauce. I had the Ma Po Tofu and it was as described, not super exciting but good. If I go back again I'd go for the eggplant or the vegetable curry. The server was great, checked everything was vegan for me and even helped me have a customized vegan cocktail made with coconut cream because the one on the menu had dairy cream. I would go back again and hope they will evolve to have even more consideration for vegan customers."

"Summertime in Gainesville allows the residents to come out and enjoy the local restaurants without the crowds associated w the university. This was another great evening. The lettuce wraps were on point- very tasty. I enjoyed their pad Thai w chicken and shrimp. The server said that the recipe was changed and I agree. It made an already good dish even better. My wife enjoyed the chicken w broccoli and we finished it off with the Great Wall of Chocolate cake. So good. Worth every single calorie!!! Our server, John, has waited on us before and he again was attentive and efficient, always courteous. And he knows the menu very well. He is a great “face” for the company"

"It looked like there are more options when I checked online but when my waitress checked in the kitchen they said the only thing was the Buddha bowl... There was no sauce and it was very plain. "We always go to this PF Chang's for consistently good service and food. During our recent visit, they surprised me by remembering my birthday without me having to mention it. The pork pot stickers were as delicious as always, and the Mongolian beef was also tasty, even though my wife thought the scallions were a bit strong. For dessert, I enjoyed a warm chocolate souffle with vanilla ice cream, which was delightful. Our server was attentive and the noise level was a bit lively but worth it for the overall experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone."

"Our server was nice enough, but never came to ask about additional drinks. We were celebrating a birthday, and she did say a chocolate dessert would be offered, which was super nice. Ahead of the game for sure. However, no dessert menus or even an offer if anyone else at table would like to order or hear about any dessert. The birthday treat, vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup came with one spoon. Then she was gone. Odd. Dinner was delicious."

"Our waiter made sure we were comfortable and wanted for nothing, and the food, atmosphere and drinks were on point!!! You'll see us again!!!! "I sat in the bar area and Abby did an excellent job. I was there for Happy Hour and got the Steamed Pork Dumplings and the Crab Won Tons. The dumplings were very good. The Won Tons were ok the filling could have been creamer. I also had an Asian Caesar Salad that was nice. Could have used more cheese on it. The dressing was very good."

"It is clear that this restaurant chain is undergoing some major internal changes, as reflected in their menu. Unfortunately, some of my favorite dishes, such as the sea bass and bulgogi steak, are no longer available. The portions, particularly the salmon filet, seem to be smaller. Additionally, other entrees are not as satisfying as they once were. Furthermore, many of the previous wait staff members are no longer working there. These changes make me hesitant to consider returning to this restaurant in the future."

"We had made our reservation through Open Table, as usual. For some reason, they keep the Open Table reservations separate from the main reservation screen and can never find us. When she did, she told us they were very busy and it would probably be a 1 hour wait. Then she went to 40 minutes when I complained that I had a reservation. She kept saying how busy they were. They had people waiting but lots of empty tables. Must have been a server shortage. We ended up eating at the bar, which was disappointing. The bartender was nice and very attentive. The food was really good. But that certainly was not our plan when I made a reservation."

"In general, the experience at the restaurant was positive. However, the main issue was that despite making a reservation through OpenTable, we were informed upon arrival that the restaurant was not currently using OpenTable for reservations. They assured us that our reservation time would still be honored. After waiting for about 10 minutes past our reservation time, we inquired about the wait time, only to be told that they were unsure how long it would be, but that we were fifth in line. Fortunately, there was seating available at the bar, and from that point on, everything went smoothly."
